Ideal for Families and Groups: This would be the perfect house for a family, a group of golfers, reunions, wedding parties, showers, 'crafty ladies', small business retreats, or just for a quiet vacation. Youth groups are not allowed to rent the house as this house and neighborhood are not appropriate locations for youth groups of teenagers and children. The home is located between the town Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach.
